The Fathalla chain is a household name within Alexandria; however, they had a strong desire to expand to Cairo. The new design, developed together with Arab Mechanical Engineers, reflects not only the core values of the brand but also incorporates elements that resonate with the local community in Cairo, creating a welcoming environment for a new customer base.
The Fathalla store stands out with a design that seamlessly ties together the different worlds within its 2,700-square-meter space. Clear zoning ensures that each section—whether groceries, household goods, or specialty items—is easily navigable. Our goal was to create a strong brand identity, connecting the food and non-food sections in a way that feels both cohesive. From the moment customers enter, they are greeted with a layout that flows naturally, guiding them through each department with ease.
